Finally some good news!!!!

I am finally gaifully employed full time!!! Well as of March 1st that is! This has been a longggg year, and I am hoping it was well worth the wait. This position sounds challenging to say the least, but just right up my ally. I will have to brush up on my Excel skills like mad... Youtube here I come!!! That pretty much is the good news...

There are some other things happening right now that I am sure I need to share right now. But when the time is right, and things work the way they are suppose to then I will share!

For now, I need to go calculate how much my take home is going to be... oh ya... major pay cut... but who cares... I HAVE A JOB!!!!

Hell Week!! .... well my version of it!

This past week has been just insane for me. I finally got my second interview scheduled to meet with the hiring manager on Monday, but of course there is always a catch. They sent me this spreadsheet of data that I had to make into a scorecard/dashboard for an executive summary. Fair Enough. Once I got the spreadsheet I had only a few days to figure it out and I have been working with numbers in the currency version, not time I do not think I have ever had to do mathematical equations and reporting on time. This proved to be such a challenge.

E was not very helpful at all, yes he did take the kids for most of the week, and with them being home from school, was a challenge for him. But what his most undoing was him trying to tell me how to do executive reporting. He was talking to be like I was stupid.... and if I heard the words "well duh"! one more time i was going to scream!

So now here I sit the night before the biggest interview of my life and clueless on how it may go... I will just go in there, shoulders back, chin up ... and getterdone!

Off to bed I go need to be sharp and ready to go in the am. However, I still have to work out the details of the boys school tomorrow... hundred bucks says he gives me lip over having to take them.... hundred bucks! Sucker bet if you ask me!
